There are a lot of variables due to the custom nature of Cota Kinis. Do not ever hesitate to reach out to me before placing an order, I actually encourage it! We can talk about what styles and sizes will best suit you as well as discuss the design details that truly make it your custom Kini!
How do I choose my second fabric for the reverse side of my suit?
Choose your primary fabric and style then add to your cart. Take a look at the fabric page for the available materials and include your reverse fabric in the notes at checkout.
How do I select the bum coverage for my kini bottoms?
Add the bottom style to your cart and then include your coverage option in the notes at checkout. (Thong, Cheeky, Xtra)
How do I select the strap style for my kini top?
Add the top style to your cart and then include your strap option in the notes at checkout. (Halter, Connected, Adjustable)
What size am I?
In all honesty no two suits are exactly the same size...There are so many factors that influence the size and fit. Fabrics can vary in texture and stretch, coverage can affect the way bottoms fit, straps selections cause variations in bust support and most importantly each suit is custom made per your requests. And of course there is human error... so if a suit does not fit properly we can work together within reason to either alter or remake the suit that satisfies you! All feedback is helpful so I can continue to improve!
Do you need my Measurements?
My methods are a bit unconventional but numbers never made sense to me, so measurements can only guide me so far. Oddly enough I find my most successful suits are the ones I have made based on visual aids. For example I look at a photo and determine how to best adjust or combine my patterns to fit your specific shape. Most women are not just Small or Medium. They may have large bust with a slender figure, so in that case I can utilize a large front pattern and a small back pattern as a starting point to customize their suit. (*photos are NOT required, they do NOT need to be in a bikini and they are deleted immediately after the suit is made)
